Staff was courteous and friendly. Room was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was very simple and delicious. So nice breakfast items are offered to earlier departures, much appreciated.

Room was clean and quiet so I could get a decent night's sleep. No alarm clock in room nor kleenex in bathroom. At 7:15 in the morning the breakfast room was still dark and locked so no complimentary breakfast was available.

Owners put bandaids on areas of building...remodel project covered wall outlets...no ice machine...no stationary items...blood stains on window drape and bedspread...ugh...
I took a chance thinking to support a local small independent...yet owners/management seemed to have very nice up to date vehicles...yet no evidence the owners are putting any $$ into facility...
It is a 1960's built building ..minimal effort to alter the out dated interior...staff...is 1-2 at best for a 45 unit complex.
Staff member nice and helpful was the highlight of the stay...

The room was clean, comfortable, and nice. However, the outside looks like a scene from a police movie raid on a motel. The motel sign needs repair and there were no lights on to help find the site. The pool was dirty, and parking was tight. From the outside, it looked seedy, but the interior was great.

Staff went above and beyond. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, shower was hot. No frills, but for the cost I have no complaints. Surprisingly super quiet.

Very convenient to the airport which is why I booked the room. When I booked online, listing showed they offered shuttled service to the airport, which was not the case.

I am requesting a full refund for my recent booking in Medford, Oregon ([Hotel Name], [Confirmation #], [Dates of Stay]).
When I arrived with my two children, the property was unsafe and not as advertised. There were escorts coming and going, homeless individuals loitering nearby, and clear signs of illicit activity. This created an unsafe atmosphere for me and my kids, and I feared for our safety. I would have left immediately and stayed somewhere else, but because there was a concert in town that night, there were no other accommodations available.
If I could give this property zero stars, I would. Please process my refund right away, or let me know the fastest way to resolve this.
这个旅馆是类似汽车旅馆这一类，简单、方便、便宜。我和先生两人从三藩市开车，第二天去Crater Lake national park.
小旅馆所在的Medford 这个小城市是理想的中转站，所以决定在这里住一晚。
旅馆位置不错，离5号公路近，第二天一下子就上路去National Park.
前枱一个人，态度好，nice.。check in 后，把准备好的一封信交给我。信封里面有房间钥匙，还有一封信说明注意事项。很细致。旅馆就二层，提行李上楼。房间可以，不会太小，洗水间也算可以，感觉还是干净的。房间里有电视、冰箱。附近有几家快餐店。
早上有简单美式早餐，咖啡、牛奶、悲狗、muffins、水果。小早歺房间里只有一个人负责，很nice。
不太满意的一点是，房间的空调机比较吵。其他都满意，合适我这种喜欢方便、简单的生活方式。
