Room was hige but got guite cold and heating was limited to when the hotel decided it should be on.. no stats in ylthe room itself. Restaurnat was a fair walk away.

The highlights are the beautiful, quiet grounds, spacious room with a fantastic power shower, and a lovely breakfast. Also, lots of parking available. The only downside was that the room got very hot and stuffy at night, which affected our sleep.

Have stayed here multiple times but felt let down by the service in the restaurant in the evening. Dining alone, I just want to eat and go, got seated and then was left for 25 minutes. Eventually had to flag down a member of staff who didn't appear to care. Food was ok, but staff need to be a bit more attentive.
Key card failed in the morning and despite reception trying to reprogram the card , had to wait 44 minutes to get back in my room whilst waiting for maintenance. This put me way behind schedule for the day before

Unorganised & cold room
Very cold room, tried to turn the heating up but didn’t work. Was asked to pay on departure but had paid on arrival. Took too long to sort out had to leave and was late for a business meeting. Not very well organised. Shame really as it’s a nice hotel. Staff very helpful.

用餐需要当场支付,因为所有消费都不能记在酒店账单上。
饮用水、饼干和擦脸巾的补充也不稳定。
这不是我们第一次入住 Hogarths Solihull。工作人员为客人竭尽全力,整个酒店,包括广阔的场地,都一尘不染,维护得很好。公共区域明亮、通风、迷人,对于一家酒店来说,它确实有一种温馨和温馨的感觉。餐饮选择丰富,烹饪精良且非常美味。
我有一条负面评论,这不是一个主要的负面评论,但房间装饰需要翻新一下,房间一尘不染,每天清洁,您需要补充的任何东西都可以从客房部或接待处获得。我没想到套房房间的洗脸盆会有一个巨大的碎片,因为酒店的其他部分都经过精心维护,谁知道碎片可能只是在我们到达的前一天发生的。
总体而言,我们的评分为 9/10。如果浴室里的问题得到纠正并且卧室刷了一点油漆,我会很高兴地给 10/10。
老实说,我只要能工作就住在这个地方,因为这是一个很棒的地方。食物、房间、工作人员、清洁度都近乎完美。
