Clean room. Great bed. They let us use their breakfast room for a couple of friends to eat dinner in. Unfortunately they don’t offer a breakfast at all anymore.

Took forever for someone to answer the front counter. Refrigerator didn't work also had mold in the refrigerator and freezer. Hair all over the sink. And the TV didn't work

I asked for late checkout and they would only give an hour.

I got a call about an hour before I arrived around 10:30pm asking when I would be arriving. I told her 11:30pm. I assumed the call was just to confirm I would still be checking in. When I arrived the door was locked with a sign saying to ring the bell. I rang the bell multiple times, knocked on all the doors and windows, and called several time. I waited an hour outside with my one year old before someone finally let us in.

The tv is going out in rm 116 and the vanity light is going out too. Plumbing needs to be fixed sink and tub backs up. Other than that it was great

The bedside lights didn't work. They had the room ac set at 60 degrees. There was a towel under the ac unit. Had to wait well over 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. Advertisers breakfast, however there was none and nobody around. They need to work on customer service.

I have stayed in other econo-lodges and they were okay, so I didn’t expect much. We just needed a place to sleep for the night, so we weren’t concerned with anything fancy. This location was more than I expected! The staff were very friendly, the room was up to date and also had direct-tv. Highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling through Selmer,TN.
