The bedside lights didn't work. They had the room ac set at 60 degrees. There was a towel under the ac unit. Had to wait well over 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. Advertisers breakfast, however there was none and nobody around. They need to work on customer service.

I have stayed in other econo-lodges and they were okay, so I didn’t expect much. We just needed a place to sleep for the night, so we weren’t concerned with anything fancy. This location was more than I expected! The staff were very friendly, the room was up to date and also had direct-tv. Highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling through Selmer,TN.

Great Stay
For the price it was really nice. Bed was incredible nice curved tv and very clean. Blow dryer didnt work, no drain stopper to take a hot bath after a long day and we have to reset the tv for it to function. Other than that is was great. Area felt safe and we didnt hear any sirens all weekend

Great hotel
Our stay in the non smoking room was very nice. We did only have 1 bath towel but when I called to the front desk they quickly brought us a couple more. The pool was great too, my kids and I had fun swimming during our stay.

It advertised a continental breakfast but when I ask they said they haven’t had a breakfast in over two years. I think if it’s advertised then they should honor it. I had to go out and buy stuff for breakfast for two days. An expense I wasn’t on planing to have

We checked into this property and was repeatedly asked about pets, which we didn’t have. We also were informed no smoking, that’s okay we do not smoke. Upon entering the room the smell was so bad we called the front desk asking if they had another room, they didn’t, so just asked they notate the room call and complaint as I didn’t want to be held accountable for this.
The next day I noticed the smoke detector was missing- I do have photos of this. I found it in a drawer someone just have taken it down to smoke l. Needless to say I have asthma and this made me pretty sick. We won’t be returning to this property when we come to visit our family.

Not the best, but not the worst.
They didn't have breakfast even though it says they do on the website, we didnt have a coffee machine nor did we end up getting one after asking for it. We had the stuff to make coffee just no machine lol. The employees were nice and helpful, it just took a while for them to get to the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable though, the bed was very comfortable just smallish pillows.
