Stopped in during a snowstorm to spend the night while driving home from the holiday. We didn’t have any snow gear on us. The hotel staff lent us an ice scraper & broom to clean off our truck the next day. They were so kind. Room was super clean & the bed was so comfy.

First time at a Drury Inn and now my first choice go to. Exceptional in service, friendliness and everything else. I even joined the reward program.

Arrived at the same time as a children's soccer event. At times exuberant little boys were playing in the hallways--noisy, but not awful. And the families were very nice.

This was our least favorite of the Drury Inns that we’ve stayed at. The carpet was dirty and wrinkled(old). The complimentary dinner was very small, offering tacos, hotdogs, nacho chips, tortilla soup, and popcorn. The breakfast was up to their standards. The hottub needed cleaned, with scummy foam ring. The staff was friendly. We have stayed at Drury in other locations, Indiana, Missouri, Kentucky, and two other locations in Ohio. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this one!😔

Enjoyed the manager's reception, the pool and hot tub. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We locked our keys in the room and they were fast to help. Also professional when someone tripped the fire alarm. There was construction happening around the back of the property and they were obviously making an effort to ensure the least disruption for guests, which I appreciated.

The rate we got charged for the second room was significantly higher (＞ 50%) than the equivalent room for the same evenings (Oct 24 - 26). Price gouging is wrong. Neither the hotel not ******* was willing to do anything about that. Very disappointing….wont be using ******* anymore for online bookings.

Propery is looking a little worn since the last time we stayed, stairwells not very clean, front desk staff was un-accommodating. Breakfast/food service staff was very helpful and friendly though.
