this hotel was across the river from the centre of maastricht so had to travel into town, only 5 mins in a taxi which the hotel have a service for guests.cant complain about staff ,all were very helpful.breakfast was expensive so i tucked in .the shower was nice except i slipped and fell in it hurting my leg ,its shower head you have to hold or use the rain fall shower head.not good.very clean room comfy bed great view of the covid centre across the road.all in all it was fine

I was given a smelly ground floor apartment, which I rejected immediately. After that, an apartment on the 4th floor was provided, where half of the lights did not work and the bathroom ceiling had mold. The carpet floor needs complete overhaul, was full of dust and the room has a damp smell to it. The gym is hardly fundtional with very poor equipment. Don’t waste your money on the 16 EUR breakfast either, you have far better options nearby. The receptionists were nice and friendly.
