This hotel is the best among the seven I stayed at during my trip to Europe. From the small details to the thoughtful service, it surpasses all the other four-star hotels I've stayed at.
When I checked in, it was too early, and my room wasn't ready yet. The front desk staff kindly took me to the dining area and offered me a cup of hot tea and some homemade cookies. Enjoying the sea view while sipping my tea was truly wonderful!
During check-in, the hotel staff mentioned that the small flower on the table was a gift for me, and at checkout, they prepared a homemade cookie cake for me to take with me.
Since I needed to check out early the next day, I informed the front desk staff, and they arranged for breakfast, which was originally set to start at 7:30 AM, to be ready for me at 7:00 AM. I was so touched! The restaurant staff politely introduced each dish, and the pastries and cakes were homemade as well. This hotel is really fantastic, and I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

分享下抵达酒店交通路线（亲测顺畅）：
1. 火车到达：其他城市➡️Desenzano del Garda/Sirmione 站；
2. 步行至码头：出站后约 15分钟，下坡路，推行李箱轻松 ✅。
3. 乘船前往西尔苗内：
* 码头：Desenzano 码头；
* 船票：单程 €3；
* 船只设施：双层船，有电梯🛗，大件行李也能带上二楼；
* 航程：一路欣赏湖景，很快抵达西尔苗内码头。
4. 码头步行到酒店：下船后仅需5分钟，即可步行到达酒店。
⚠️ 重要！离开酒店前往维罗纳火车站的交通提醒：
1. 提前规划时间！
2. 务必向酒店前台索取公交车时刻表！特别是LN026公交车！
3. 接驳流程耗时：
* 先从酒店步行至 古堡附近的接驳站，坐接驳车到公交站Rio roma;
* 再乘坐 LN026路公交车离开西尔苗内半岛。
* 该车次班次有限，需预留充足缓冲时间。
4. 强烈建议：比常规预留时间再多出 至少 1小时左右的余量，以防等车、堵车等意外情况。
湖景房非常值得！一切都很完美，氛围感超棒！
房间不大但干净整洁。酒店公共区域布置地舒适温馨。老板娘／老板热情细心，餐厅工作人员热情细心，见客人坐在露天会贴心地拿来软垫／盖的物品。前台人员会耐心介绍周边并引领客人至房间。房间打扫很干净。酒店的服务令人称赞。作为小的酒店，早餐不错了。 所以尽管有一些不足，仍愿给予5分。
从锡尔苗内的码头走到酒店仅需5分钟，主楼环境很好，一楼的餐厅临湖，早饭也非常丰盛。
附楼是旁边的一栋不临湖的三层楼，单人间的床很大。

入住的时候带我们到房间门口 而且是我们坐电梯 服务员走楼梯在门口等你
真的是受宠若惊 在伦敦住五千一晚的酒店的时候也没这样的服务
小岛很漂亮 以后有机会还来这里 还住这里
早餐很好吃 走的时候还送了一份包装精美的小点心
这次是家庭旅行，虽然很想去，但由于从韩国出发的航班延误，没能按时抵达。太遗憾了，虽然没能亲自去，但我想那一定是个很棒的地方。
设施很漂亮，也很干净，工作人员非常友好。酒店有停车场。房间干净整洁，我给7分。早餐很棒，我给9分，远超一般三星级酒店的水平。总的来说，非常不错，我给8分。
这家旅馆是我这次欧洲行中要换的七间旅馆里，最棒的一家。无论是小细节还是对客人的贴心服务，都远超我之前住过的其他四星酒店。
入住时，由于时间太早，房间还没有打扫好，酒店柜台人员便带我到用餐室，招待我一杯热茶和自家烤的小饼干。望着窗外的海景，喝着热茶，真是太棒了！
办理入住时，酒店人员告诉我桌上的小花是送给我的，退房时还准备了一份自家烤的小蛋糕饼干让我带走。
因为我第二天需要很早退房，我跟柜台人员说了这个情况，他也尽量帮我安排了原本要在早上7:30才开始的早餐，让我在7点就能先享用，真的非常感动！餐厅的人员非常有礼貌地介绍每一道食物，派和蛋糕也是自家烤的。这家旅馆确实很棒，推荐有机会的话来住住看！
