I checked in late for a three-night stay. The hotel is inexpensive, but you get what you pay for—if you don’t mind a dirty, outdated room, it might work for you.
The room was in poor condition: lights flickered, the TV didn’t have a power button (you had to plug and unplug it to turn it off, which the front desk confirmed), and the walls were grimy and in need of proper repair. The light switches were greasy, and I genuinely wasn’t sure if taking a shower would make me cleaner or dirtier.
On the positive side, the staff were kind and understanding. When I told the front desk how dirty my room was, the employee sympathized, saying he had stayed in a room himself that night and it “wasn’t great either.”
By the morning of my second night, I decided I couldn’t stay any longer. I called the front desk to explain that my room was filthy and that I’d been woken up at 2 a.m. by an alarm going off in the empty room next door. They told me to wait twenty minutes and call back if it didn’t stop. When I asked about a refund for my third prepaid night through *******, they initially agreed to reimburse me for two nights, which I appreciated.
However, when ******* contacted the hotel to confirm, the front desk changed their story and said they’d only refund one night just minutes after telling me otherwise.
To top it off, the room smelled of harsh chemicals mixed with musty air.

Room was clean but the bathroom toilet ran and ran, didn't flush properly. Not well lit, we didn't even take a shower in the morning. The two burner stove and kitchen area was not expected and not really a desire. I did appreciate all the lamps/lighting and plug in for phone etc. Breakfast was totally not a selling point, nothing to brag about. Staff was great.

Parking was easy. Our room had VERY poor lighting. Came for a wedding and it felt like I waa getting dressed and ready in a dimmly lit cave.

Very dirty! Toilet. Carpet. Lobby furniture seats were covered with carpet to hide the stains and disrepair. An old, dirty sign was tapped on front door and desk saying no vacancy. Parking lot was only 25% full. Covid 6’ signs were dirty and still on floor. If we had not paid ahead of time, we would have walked out.

The room smelled as if it were a smoking area, we had to have the window open for the whole afternoon and night to help with the odor. The smell was impregnated in the bed sheets as well.
