Staff is always pleasant and efficient. Room is dated but clean. Property could use more outdoor lighting. Convenient off of highway. Great price. Dining options within 10 minutes.

i had car trouble on my way there and was not able to make my stay ...when i called and asked for a rain check they said because i pre paid and used ******* that was not possible and i forfeited my fee for that evening and i should have opted to pay in person on arrival... I found that to be very disheartening amd hope something can be done in this natter as i am a regular traveler

Convenient location, very quiet. However, the exterior badly needs updating and remodeling, the grounds would benefit from trash removal and some landscaping. There was no coffee maker in the room and none available at the office, which would have been a nice courtesy. The room itself, while clean on the surface, had dirty corners in the sink area and the “hardwood “ floors could have looked better.

The manager called me during the day to make sure we were still coming. Had a very friendly conversation. We arrived at 11 pm. He greeted me and was very kind. We had been nervous about a late arrival but he assured us he would be there till midnight. This level of thoughtfulness makes me very grateful.

This property was fine for a quick one night stay. The property and area are on the rougher side and would not be great for folks that are sensitive to that or younger children.

everything was fine, no issues during the stay. only thing is when we checked out, there was nobody at the office window at 9:40 a.m. I rang the bell 3 times in about 5 minutes and no one ended up coming to the window. I put the 2 key cards through the plexiglass window and just left. hopefully that is the way to do it!
