Check in was complicated as desk clerk spoke broken English. He was unable to answer questions. “Come back in the morning” was standard response.
Basic stripped down, no frills motel. Stayed three nights and maid service never once cleaned up the room. Office door locked at 10:00 a.m. when we checked out.
Bed was very comfortable. Clean room.

This hotel needs a complete makeover. The floors were filthy. The bathroom was filthy and small. The bed covers were old and smelly. I left early and would not reimburse me my money for one night. they either need to shut this hotel down or seriously update everything.

2nd time I stayed here. Very accessible to beach, boardwalk & places to eat. Quiet and clean rooms.

Attended an event in the area. Property was clean, room was clean, a/c worked well. Right next to the boardwalk. Had no issues.

Staff was very helpful with everything. Nice clean room. Pool is small but enjoyable. Would definitely come back again. Thank you Franklin terrace motel

bathroom is terribly small and moldy .location is convenient , it’s a close walk to the boardwalk .hotel itself is small with few rooms.

The staff was extremely friendly, the motel was in the perfect location, and the pool was a nice feature as well. Could not have asked for a better stay!

It was cleaner than some of the other places we stayed at. I liked that it had a small kitchen area, fridge and microwave and is close to the beach. The room was very small and outdated, clean but not emaculate. The beds were ok, I've slept on worse. I would consider staying again.
