The property is located in a local area. No safety for women. The washroom was DIRTY. Nothing was provided except a dirty towel. The sheets and pillow covers were visibly dirty as well.

At the time of checkin, rooms were dusty , broken toilet seats , leaking taps, ac cooling improper. However staff was coopertive but having their own limitations. Amenities as claimed on make my trip were not available. Charges not justified. Stay was average. Room rent should not be more than rs 1000.

the property is located very near to Prayagraj railway station. also the staff is extremely good. rooms were also adequate with all required amenities

I didn't stay in the home stay as we couldn't travel. I asked for refund of money or change of date. refund of money was not agreed but date change was possible by paying same amount which was paid earlier. now I will not book any room through make my trip website. Earlier I was dedicated customer of make my trip

I selected this stay for the location, as it is close to the railway station, and the bus stand, also has a good market available nearby. But, the rooms were very cosy and comfortable. Though breakfast was not very good, still for my stay, I would prefer it .

Location was good. But the room was too small for the rent we paid per room which was more than Rs6000 per night. The complimentary breakfast was below average with no varieties of food.

Rooms are good and well maintained but foods are not good and only tea coffee & limited options of tiffins are available at their kichen attached with there. Actually tourist wants to stay in a home stay because they expect good quality as desired home make foods should be available which are lacking there.

Property is not at all professionally maintained. Staff was too unprofessional and rude at checkout and during stay. No breakfast served and asked as per booking basic amenities and essential stuff life towel washroom essentials we not provided.

Hotel landmark in was very close to prayagraj junction station just said the walking distance. It is also close to the higher civil lines market. Rooms were clean. Receptionist where helpful. Will recommend.
