We had a wonderful stay at SFS Homebridge in Trivandrum. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent. It offers great value for money, and the facilities are very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are quite spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathrooms had great hot showers. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful as well.

The apartments were very nice and spacious. We also appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of some staff members, particularly the Reception and Restaurant teams, who were friendly and professional throughout our stay. However, there were several issues that negatively impacted our experience. On our last day, we requested an iron and ironing board. Despite multiple reminders, the items were not delivered until the day of departure and it was out of order...can not used, which resulted in a very disappointing end to our stay. We were also concerned to observe housekeeping staff entering our apartment for cleaning while wearing shoes. This practice is unprofessional and does not meet expected hospitality standards. In addition, our laundry was kept inside the apartment with the laundry signage board displayed, but it was not collected. After following up with the reception team, we were informed that laundry must be kept outside the apartment. This was not communicated to us earlier and felt unprofessional, as laundry is generally expected to be collected from inside the room. Items left outside are usually considered waste unless otherwise specified. Overall, the housekeeping service did not meet standard service expectations, and we hope these matters will be reviewed and addressed for future guests.

I had a truly wonderful stay at SFS Homebridge Hotel and Suites. From check-in to everything was smooth and well managed. The front office team deserves special appreciation — they were warm, courteous, and genuinely helpful, always ready with a smile. Their hospitality made the stay feel welcoming and memorable. I would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Rooms are good, breakfast is top notch, tastes tbe best among the rooms that I had already occupied in this city. Staffs are good. AC was not properly cooling in the room, which felt bad is the only issue I could say. Please fix that issuse. Room Number 404. One suggestion: From making vads everyday for breakfast, please make it different everyday. In other hotels, they provide different things different days, it would be great If you could also do the same. A special mention to the Chana Masala, it was awesome. Ghee roast was always served cold, still it was okay.

All our trips to trivandrum have been memorable and comfortable because of our stay at SFS home bridge. The rooms are airy, spacious and well lit,the food is delicious and the staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful.

The property felt very safe and well-maintained, which made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. The food was consistently good,fresh, flavorful, and satisfying after a day of exploring the city. The absolute cherry on top was getting to see well-known faces from the movie and classical music scene,it felt like a touch of celebrity magic added to the charm of the place! Whether you're visiting for business, leisure, or a cultural retreat, SFS Vellayambalam offers the perfect mix of convenience, security, and local flair. Highly recommended!
