I had a great experience at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Columbia Southeast Fort Jackson. From the moment I walked in, the service was excellent. Que at the front desk checked me in, and he was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He made the process quick and easy and gave me a genuinely warm welcome after a long day of travel.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and modern—exactly what you hope for in a Home2 Suites. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Hotel was ok. Staff was friendly. We stayed in an accessible room with roll in shower. There was no grab bars and the roll in shower was not a roll in shower. We asked for more pillows and blankets for pull out bed but hotel had only one pillow and no blankets. We could not believe that a Hilton hotel had no sheets or pillows to give us and my wife thinks the one pillow they gave us was dirty. We will not stay here again

Home2 Suites is our go-to choice for our big family, no matter where we're traveling in the country. The staff has consistently been wonderful, treating each of us exceptionally well and making every stay a pleasure.

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. He recommended me to certain restaurants in the area. The breakfast is rte best i ever had at a hotel. Will be staying again

My family stayed at this hotel for a soccer tournament in Columbia, SC. Perhaps the most friendly staff, breakfast was excellent, very warm and family friendly lobby. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and again, every person we encountered working was warm and friendly which really makes a huge difference! I can’t thank Home2 enough for a wonderful stay!!

3 day stay close to Fort Jackson Accommodation was sufficient for our group. Pretty clean overall. Breakfast gets busy could do with another person to help keep coffee and food items stocked. Pool area was clean and water was clean.
