Easy check-in and clean room. Would have been nicer to be able to be near the rest of my party, but otherwise it was a good stay.

The room was fine, but the pet policy is ridiculous and charged me an exorbitant fee...I will not be staying there again. I will choose the Hampton Inn just down the road.

Overall very good. I had requested no room service, as I was there for two nights, and did not want to be disturbed. The request was not relayed to room service, so I received a note from housekeeping that they could not make the bed, etc. - Well, I did not want to be disturbed. Otherwise, everyone very friendly, room was clean, and the refrigerator was working, all helpful.

I was charged $213.14 by *******. That was my expected hotel charge including taxes. Wyndham Penn Yan charged me an additional $17.82 which was unexpected and they couldn’t explain the unnecessary charge. They wouldn’t refund it. I don’t appreciate additional hidden charges and will not stay at Wyndham again.

Staff was amazing. Breakfast was pre wrapped. Not always restocked. Very few choices. Room was ok. Bed very hard. Shower caulking needed

Great location. Walk or short drive to restaurants and shops. Great place to use as home base to drive to the lakes and attractions.

When you take a shower, your only options were burning hot or really cold. When you turn the shower valve to the middle. Does not change water temp. Water still would come out either burning hot or ice cold. Needs a plumber to come out and look at the shower valve.
