Staff was helpful, clean facilities with all new rooms. We will definitely make this a hotel that we book again.

Nice kitchen setup in room,not sure about the cooking materials with no stove. The bedding wasn’t the greatest. Maybe time for a little update.

I always have liked this property when I go out to Grand Rapids. It’s in a safe, quiet area that is close to many stores (if you forget anything) and restaurants. 10 minute Uber to get to downtown.

SUPER CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. The breakfast was fresh, the parking was very close and easy. We liked the room and it was higher quality than expected for the price.

It is very clean. Nice to have real coffee mugs in the room. Good location to get to downtown easily. Was around $15.00 to Uber/Lyft. I will stay here again.

Was in town for a few days. First time at this hotel, and was great, no issues from the beginning to the end. Would stay here again.

打电话询问了泳池开放时间。预订了房间。到达后发现泳池关闭了。如果打电话的时候被告知的话，我们肯定不会住在这里。
