We were given the wrong room. We reserved a suite with two queen beds and pull out sofa. Instead, we were given one bed with pull out sofa with accessible bathroom that could've been given to a disabled guest. We told the desk about the discrepancy but wasn't moved or given any consideration.

Do not stay here! It is unsafe! We had our car broken into and the police asked us why we were staying there. In one night 11 cars were broken into!!! The hotel is nice. The staff is great. The location is right off the interstate and is apparently prone to break ins. We lost property in excess of $2600 and we parked under a light near a camera. There is a sign that says video surveillance, well not in our case… they said it didn’t go that far….

Check out was confusing. The employee kept punching numbers into a calculator and I had no idea what was going on. I don’t even know how much I was charged.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was bright..large and clean. Convenient with great coffee and breakfast. Another great Hilton property.

I did not like the experience I had booking with ******* your hotel. I paid in full with *******. The hotel wanted to charge me over $600 again for teh room and told me to deal with *******. You cannot get anyone on teh phone. It took me 1 hr 45 minutes to check in and that was wasted time on my vacation. Ruined the whole weekend. I kid you not. The front desk clerk was very kind, but horrible experience.

Came to area for a Wedding, always alittle scarey trying to find a nice Hotel when you are not familiar with area. But this one was perfect in every way, from Friendliness to Cleanliness!! You get my Vote!!
