The first night we stayed was great the staff was very friendly and helpful with getting us settled and also explained what we could ask for. The second night I messaged the front desk as instructed and “Ebony” was not at all interested in accommodating or even assisting in anything. It’s really no use in using the app if your workers are still going to say come to the front desk and ask for it. My husband went down to ask for some and she acted like he was asking for the company safe password. The next night I just didn’t even bother asking for towels as not to sour our last night. Probably won’t book again next time we’re in town.

The service was excellent but we had to change rooms because of faulty tv. When we changed rooms we noticed there were clothes in the drawers that didn't belong to us.

Very courteous and knowledgeable front desk staff! Kind kitchen staff- very helpful!
