New, well-maintained, plenty of outdoor space, and actual healthy choices available for breakfast. Plenty of unhealthy choices as well, but also cage-free eggs, fresh fruits, etc. The gym is well-maintained and welcoming.

The girl working the desk was great! Very friendly! Room was awesome- plenty of room and clean. Breakfast was great. I'd highly recommend and we'll stay there again when we are in Springfield.

Staff was courteous, kind, and helpful. Our room was spotless. The body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were the best I've experienced in a hotel.

The property was on brand with Marriott standards, however the lobby smelled horrible so it was hard to eat breakfast there. It smelled like a locker room.
