As far as hotels go, this one is perfect for that business trip. Nothing fancy, but everything you need. The property is well kept, the service is very friendly, the breakfast is probably the best "included breakfast" I have had at a hotel in the last five years. You can tell this folks take pride in their property.

Our 1st stay here and is very very well staffed and cared for! The breakfast spread was stellar! So many options for cleaner eating! Very attentive to me as I was wanting a lesser cold water for a fill before we took off. I assume that this young woman was a manger of hospitality, and she hopped right up from her meeting to let me in the fitness area to fill my water bottle. I am sad I cannot name her, but this review will let her know as we talked of our lack of desire for ice🤭. Our room was so perfectly clean! From the moment we parked our big Ram truck to our leaving the property this morning, our experiences at this Springhill Suites were impeccable. Front desk staff on duty about 4 on 12/21 were gracious and very efficient. I had several requests to include top floor, away from elevators, extra set of towels , no connecting room...all honored perfectly !! The gathering area for breakfast, conversation, playing games was very clean and well lit. Elevators worked perfectly and were very clean. Springhill's model is similar from property to property with slight differences in decorating and layout of rooms. I was amazed at the insane number of electrical outlets and ports. The "kitchen" area had a nice landing area. Microwave and small mini fridge were tastefully hidden behind a small door but very accessible. The bathroom shower is a good size with great lighting. It even had a nightlight. The breakfast was substantial and the area very clean. Three staff people were constantly cleaning and refreshing the offerings. The clerk on duty this morning was cheerful and friendly. We definitely will patronize this property when we need to stay in Springfield,IL.

We have stayed there twice in the last couple of months. The staff is very friendly and the property is well maintained. The hotel has been open for four years or so, but appears brand new! The breakfast is extensive and tasty, and you won't leave hungry. We talked with the owner and he stated "we have a great staff". The only downside is the doors to the rooms are heavy and make a noise when shutting them.

This was an excellent place to stay during our three day visit to Springfield. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and the breakfast was amazingly good, even offering plant based energy balls and a different egg dish every day. We thought the location might be a bit far from the historic sites but it was only a seven minute drive to downtown. Highly recommended.

This nearly new hotel is the best Springhill Suites I’ve ever stayed at. It’s in a newly developed area on the edge of the city, but fit our needs perfectly while on a motorcycle trip. There’s a brewpub next-door and a Mexican restaurant that’s pretty decent about 200 yards away. People who stance this marquee will instantly recognize the room. It was spotless, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was above average. I thought the breakfast tacos were a nice touch. Most of the time I can’t eat the breakfast anymore. The swimming pool is small, but it’ll be fine for most kids and the workout room is excellent. As a Marriott Rewards lifetime platinum member I feel I know the brand well and this hotel is a poster child for what this brand should be.

This very new hotel was very nice for the night. It's a few miles from the airport, not much that seems to be close (it's easy on/off the highway). The gym was nice and large; perhaps better than most full service Marriott options, breakfast seemed standard for this type of property. If you're looking for a nice new property when in the area, this would be a good fit. Very friendly staff too.
