Was an okay trip , service staff had me waiting almost a half hour along with another family when we were trying to check in . I arrived back to my room Saturday evening to discover my door was propped open by the deadbolt. This woulda been from the time housekeeping was there and I arrived , over 6 hours . Because I didn’t leave it propped open.

Staff were okay, not really personable. Great food options and loved that they had an evening meal for those of us there to work. Nothing other than a charge to have a pet, there were no pet friendly touches.

Would definitely stay here again! Clean hotel, good hot breakfast, quick and easy check in/out. Never got a chance to use the pool but it looked great! Parking lot is also brightly lit all night long making us feel quite safe during our late night arrival!

Night time in the area the hotel was uncomfortable. I walked in the parking lot rather than go off the property as there were several individuals seemingly loitering around the area.

Review is mixed.
The good: The beds are very comfortable.
Everything else was mediocre.
Check in was fine.
We booked a suite. I'm not sure why it's considered a suite. The room was slightly larger than a standard room and had a couch but no chair for the desk.
The hotel website said the room slept 5. The couch was not a pull out. That wasn't clear on the website. I couldn't get the booking to work on the hotel website so booked through *******. The hotel staff then said it was expedia's website that was wrong and the room only slept 4. We showed them their hotel webisite and that they said the room slept 5 and then they made excuses about how other families make it work.
We did make it work. Fortunately, we had just finished a week of camping and were on a driving day home. So we had a sleeping bag for the teen to use.
Breakfast staff were excellent at refilling the breakfast area and keeping it clean but the breakfast was just standard hot breakfast. My kids found the pancakes were slightly under cooked.
Pool area is OK. Many tiles missing from the hot tubs wall. Hot tub water level was below the skimmer when not being used, which was kind of gross. The scum line also could use a good scrub.
Waterslide was tiny but OK. My kid cut his foot really badly on it though so we only got to use the pool for about 15 minutes.
Overall, next time we are in the area, we will try another location. My family of 5 doesn't fit nicely in their rooms.

Nice environment
The beds were nice and comfortable, would of liked to know that there was down pillows before i put my head on them. Otherwise a good experience!

Clean the pool
The rooms were decent. The window at the and of the hallway beside my room was broken. There was a broken window in the pool area. The pool had a giant black ring around it. Someone scratched a date into the filth with there thumbnail. The date was over 3 months ago. If it was like that 3 months ago how long has it been since that pool was cleaned?

Don’t stay
I knew something was off when I checked in. I didn’t sign or see any documentation when I checked in. So I took pictures and videos of the room 200+ a night I might add for a terrible room only to be charged an extra 200 on check out for ring “too dirty” when upon check in I signed ZERO documentation. I knew something was off! Trust your guy!
