The room was not in good of shape as the Tru I stayed in Omaha. The tv had wires hanging out and there was no remote I had to go up to the desk to get one

Hotel was nice but our vehicle was broken into. I don’t blame the hotel, it’s just a crummy thing to wake up to.

Rooms and facility were great . Front desk was terrible . Called from airport for shuttle. No answer at desk . Changed flights last minute and needed shuttle back to airport but girl at desk told me the 1035 shuttle was cancelled . Told her I’d miss my flight and she acted like she could care less. No help at all. Attitude was “no shuttle, sucks to be u”. Had to get a Lyft car to make flight .

At 11 pm, I waited 10 minutes for a front clerk to appear; I tried calling the hotel from the front desk, but heard it ring. When he arrived, I was checked in. I had been traveling for ＞20 hours and was exhausted.
