We had a very terrible experience with stay in Parkinn! At 5AM someone opened our door without knocking or running door bell!!! We questioned to front desk that we want to check CCTV who was enter our room at 5M , they won’t answer and they just said “ hotel staff did it” , what is the policy that hotel staff can open guest room at 5AM without any permission? And escape when we asking “ who is it?” and The hotel was extremely perfunctory.
We really disappointed at this hotel for the safety and service problems. They never care about what was happening

i don’t think so that your hotel check out time at 5AM,I hope u can face to the fault and telling the truth. from the beginning we been request for review CCTV and no one responded to our request but have time to reply here?How could your hotel be so casual about such a serious safety hazard? What if we hadn't woken up that day and something unexpected had happened or our belongings had been lost?酒店的态度真的是很敷衍,从一开始我们就要求查看监控,看是什么人在凌晨五点可以开我们房门,但是酒店轻描淡写的一句“员工查看退房操作失误” 你们是在自欺欺人吗?如果真的是员工去查退房开错,为什么要落荒而逃?为什么当下不能解释清楚?害我们担惊受怕到天亮? 安全问题在酒店眼里是多么不值一提的事。 这种酒店谁敢住?

房间虽然紧凑了一点 但是床铺很舒服,另外无线网速度很快,早餐是自助,用餐环境比较清爽干净,值得表扬的一个优点是很安静,不像商场附近的其他酒店, 酒店二楼可以直接通到SM商场。
有连廊可以连接当地最大的SM MALL。早餐不错,很有当地特色。房间清洁服务稍显逊色,虽然很热情,老是忘打扫,给小费也这样。
房间太糟糕了,尤其是卫生状况。床单、地板和洗手台上都有头发,洗手台上有没清理干净的碎屑,特别是在纸巾盒下面。床单、被套和枕套上都有污渍。
淋浴间的门和墙壁,因为没有清洁干净,留下了肥皂残渣,导致填缝剂变色。地面甚至都很滑。
房间里到处都是虫子(至少有20只),它们从衣柜的孔洞里飞进来。
寻求帮助时,响应时间很慢,不得不再次打电话催促。
值班经理尽力帮助并道歉了。但我真的没想到一个品牌酒店的房间质量,尤其是卫生状况会这么差。
我们是家庭出游,定了2个房间,在六楼616、617;凌晨五点的时候,突然有人开打开617房间的门,因为在外睡眠浅,门被打开的一瞬间我就醒了,下意识问 “是谁”,那人赶忙跑了,我们出来看的时候,走廊上没人……想想都后怕!如果睡的沉,不知道会发生什么事情? 重点是早上去酒店前台反馈,她们的态度特别的敷衍,就说 “是工作人员” ,那么请问 工作人员凭什么在凌晨五点,没有敲门也没有按门铃的情况下,开门进房间? 为什么在我们问的时候,还要落荒而逃?

房间不算很大,但位置极佳,直接连通SM伊洛伊洛购物中心。
酒店和房间的卫生状况良好,但泳池酒吧工作人员的行为举止存在很多问题。
不知为何,他们对待客人的方式就好像对待私人朋友一样,这让人感觉非常不专业,也非常不恰当。
由于是我孩子的生日,我提前很久就尝试与餐厅经理协调餐饮事宜。我甚至留下了电话号码,但即使过了一周多,也没有人联系我。
虽然我理解节约用电的必要性,但宽敞的大堂里竟然没有空调,导致我们一走进大堂,就感觉比外面还要热。
空气闷热不适,给人留下了很差的印象。
我以前经常光顾这家酒店,但酒店的形象一直在稳步下滑,也许是管理层变动或监管不力所致。
整体体验已经大不如前。最值得注意的是,餐厅的食物现在是整个住宿体验中最糟糕的部分。
我姐妹住得很开心,服务人员也很周到乐于助人。自助餐的食物种类很丰富。我侄女也很喜欢这次宅度假,因为酒店离SM商场很近。
酒店位置很好,直接连着SM购物中心。泳池也很棒。
设施非常干净,现代感十足。房间整理得也很令人满意,床很软,睡得很舒服。早餐种类不多,但味道都挺好的,员工也很亲切,住得很愉快。位置在市中心,出行很方便。如果下次再来伊洛伊洛,还会选择住这里。
