Great stay in Charlotte
The hotel was superb. Clean inside and out. Great service, nice spacious rooms for 2 people. LOVED the full fridge and the space to prep things. The food choices for breakfast were very good and the area was nice and clean. This hotel is in a GREAT location, and the surrounding area is very nice and safe.

Very Disappointed Visit
I have stayed here several times because family is near. This was not a good visit. We arrived after 3 & the front desk did not know which rooms were available. Was told it could be 30 minutes. I find that unexceptionable. Only waited for 10 minutes. The bathroom slot door did not close. Glad I was only there with my husband. The pool area did not have towels & seemed like it needed to be cleaned. Very disappointed for Hilton, will look elsewhere next time!

Convenient location, daily breakfast with GREAT coffee. A Swimming pool and fitness center were avaliable. Outdoor sitting area was a nice touch. Walking distance to a shopping center across the street, although you will have to walk briskly as you will be crossing a highway. Friendly staff who took care of all your needs. Would definitely consider this location again.

酒店位于主干道旁，日夜交通噪音令人难以忍受，我根本睡不好觉。办理入住的工作人员敷衍了事，什么都没解释，比如早餐在哪里、什么时候供应，电梯在哪里等等，完全帮不上忙。房间里的微波炉很脏，显然是上一位客人留下的。床很不舒服，连润肤露都没有。早餐也令人失望。早上8:35去，没有鸡蛋，没有工作人员可以问，前台空无一人，电话铃声响个不停，其他客人在前台等着却无人帮忙。我以后绝不会再住这家酒店，哪怕是免费的也不行。
房间很干净，没问题。但是客户服务很差，前台服务糟糕透了。
确认被挤下
我预订了房间，也收到了确认，结果和家人一起去的时候却被告知房间超员，被挤下。没有其他空房了。
电梯坏了，只好拖着行李上四楼。来回跑了三趟，真是太糟心了。
