Spotless room and bathroom. Really generous room size. The king size bed was SUPER comfortable. Felt like a brand new mattress. Bedding was really nice too. And pillows (I’m a stickler for good pillows) were also amazing and felt brand new. The gym (although I didn’t use) looked spotless, with brand new high quality machines). I’d 100% stay again and recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

Great stay in Charlotte
The hotel was superb. Clean inside and out. Great service, nice spacious rooms for 2 people. LOVED the full fridge and the space to prep things. The food choices for breakfast were very good and the area was nice and clean. This hotel is in a GREAT location, and the surrounding area is very nice and safe.

酒店位于主干道旁，日夜交通噪音令人难以忍受，我根本睡不好觉。办理入住的工作人员敷衍了事，什么都没解释，比如早餐在哪里、什么时候供应，电梯在哪里等等，完全帮不上忙。房间里的微波炉很脏，显然是上一位客人留下的。床很不舒服，连润肤露都没有。早餐也令人失望。早上8:35去，没有鸡蛋，没有工作人员可以问，前台空无一人，电话铃声响个不停，其他客人在前台等着却无人帮忙。我以后绝不会再住这家酒店，哪怕是免费的也不行。
房间很干净，没问题。但是客户服务很差，前台服务糟糕透了。
