Called the day prior to ask for early check in. I was told I'd get a text when the room was ready, regardless. Confirmed my phone number and never got a confirmation that our room was ever ready. The black makeup cloth in the room smelled like stale wet towels.

Adam at check-in was phenomenal, very top notch employee! Berry & all front desk employees were truly a delight and hospitable. All the staff during the 5pm happy hour and the valet/doormen were kind. Housekeeping was very attentive. front desk

The hotel overall was terrific. Our only negative rating was regarding the pillows. For an upscale hotel the pillows were flat with little padding.

Generally a nice place to stay—only disappointed that they don’t offer any in-room coffee option, and that the lobby coffee bar didn’t offer any decaf.

Also the restaurant does have decaf they just don't make as much since its not super popular. If you ask the morning host they can get you some! Thanks for you feedback. Super friendly staff! Great location and quick valet service. Easy drive to the Blue Ridge Pkwy and walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, and the concert venue we were visiting. Pet-friendly hotel which made traveling with my little pug a breeze. Happy hour in the evening that my friends thoroughly enjoyed. Spacious room with a nice view of the mountains.
