close to airport, nice workout facility, early shuttle to the airport was very helpful. One complaint was hardened cleaner was all over the toilet seat on arrival.

Our room smelled like smoke and our sheets were dirty. They had hair and stains on them. There was a hole in a pillowcase and the walls in the bathroom had poop and urine stains on them. When we asked for clean sheets two different times, we were told they could not get into the housekeeping closet. I requested a managers contact info and was not provided it. I have had very positive experiences with other Homewood suites in the past so this was very disappointing.

Had a surprise when we checked in that there is a 15.00 parking fee after already paying 169.00 for the room. Breakfast wasn’t great, out of several items on the buffet. Staff didn’t seem very interested in bringing out more food. Won’t stay there again.

Overall location is great and staff are friendly. Room needed some maintenance - ceiling puckering and cracks around shower. Breakfast was meh.

I booked this hotel based the restaurant and bar being there but it was closed on a Saturday night. Had to walk to embassy suites to have dinner.

Large, dark room
Room is large but with only one small window which made the room very dark. The lights weren’t sufficient for the large space. As for the sleep comfort, the bed was hard with polyester sheets, so not very comfortable.
Staff was very pleasant and friendly.
