We had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Manama. The owner spoke to us in a very rude tone and kept trying to force us to eat our meals at the hotel. Every time we passed by, he reminded us that we hadn’t eaten anything at his hotel, which felt extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. We actually decided to eat lunch just once so that he would stop complaining every time we walked by. But even that was a regret—the rice they served felt like the last remaining crunchy leftover rice. Also, their pricing is misleading. Online the Deluxe room shows around Rs. 2200 and Classic at Rs. 1900, but we were charged Rs. 3000 for a Deluxe room. This felt like cheating customers. We completely regret staying here and would never recommend this place to anyone.
