Parking was good. The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel room was very clean.. the breakfast on the other hand was awful.

The room was clean and comfortable. All staff members that we saw said hello and to have a great day. We were conveniently located close to Hersheypark. Parking was great and safe.

I liked the cleanness and convenience of location of the hotel. It was within 10 mins from the park and downtown restaurants. The price of stay was comparable to Marriott Courtyard, which has better breakfast. The room was for minimalists, no closets just hooks and exposed bars to hang clothes, so the room can feel chaotic quick once you unpack with a family. Also, the keys never was able to open the backdoor entrance. They did not accommodate the late checkout but the staffs were friendly overall.
