Great place to stay. Friendly and polite. Was quiet. Four stars is because of the staff. Hotel isn't high end but was a great place to stay.

I always love staying here. The staff is very friendly and I love the availability of tea & coffee at all times. It’s very conveniently located for hockey games, Hershey park and downtown Hershey as well.

Clean, new property. Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was complementary, but was just ok. Reasonably expensive, but probably expected since it’s very close to Hershey Park. I’d definitely stay there again.

Parking was good. The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel room was very clean.. the breakfast on the other hand was awful.
房间非常小，但最大的问题是房间里的无线网络连接。连接不稳定，而且全程只能用信号很差的5G网络。我目前还住在同一家酒店，因为之前来的时候我已经预订了两次。我遇到的问题和上次一模一样。感恩节后我还会再来，这次会住希尔顿酒店，但会换一家，因为那里的无线网络实在太差了。
早餐还行。我知道是免费的，但说真的，他们可以做得更好。我申请延迟退房，前台却很不情愿地给了我30分钟的额外时间。我是希尔顿荣誉客会会员，但他们似乎并不在意。
