I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable from start to finish.
We arrived around 11:00 PM after a long 4-hour drive, exhausted and ready for bed. There was no one at the front desk, and we waited approximately 10 minutes before a clerk appeared. The check-in process was painfully slow and disorganized. The employee seemed unfamiliar with the system and kept having technical difficulties with the machine. I was asked to show my ID four times during the process, which felt both unprofessional and excessive.
After finally receiving our room keys, we discovered they didn’t work when we reached our room. We had to return to the front desk, where we were issued keys to a different room. By this point, we just wanted to sleep.
At 1:30 AM, we were jolted awake by the fire alarm, which blared continuously for 30 minutes. There was no explanation or apology afterward.
Between the untrained staff, malfunctioning key cards, and the middle-of-the-night fire alarm incident, this was hands-down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this property and will not be returning.

********** got my booking day wrong. While booking i went back and thought i corrected the dates, but apparently it was not corrected. Got to the hotel and they were booked up. The hotel canceled the stay that was for the next night and did not charge ********** but ********** charged my credit card anyway stating the hotel would not wave the charge. The hotel manager told me that it was canceled and no charges were applied. Very disappointed with **********. My stay was only for one night and i had to goto a different hotel and pay for that night also. Sent a reply from the email that i received from ********** but i have not received a reply. I will use other hotel booking sights in the future.
By the way the hotel staff was very helpful unlike ********** was.

他们租了我们的房间,晚上11点却把我们和两个未成年孩子丢在那里不管。他们没有解决问题,我们只好自己找了家很差的酒店,还得自己掏钱。他们根本没给我们房间,所以我们需要退款。
