It was okay. The breakfast wasn’t enough and the water when you take a shower went all over the place and you end up having your hair wet because you can’t fix it there is no shower head it’s only one way.

The staff as always was great. Internet wifi - not good. Stink water in the rooms, leaky AC. No breakfast choices, the worst coffee ever. This time i had to do the rating 2x, I thought things would change but it hasnt.

The staff, as always, were excellent, from the front desk to the custodians. However, the rooms were a different story. I had to switch multiple times due to various issues: the water in the first room had an unpleasant odor, and while the second room was slightly better, the faucet water still smelled, and the air conditioner was leaking water. In the third room, the toilet wouldn’t flush. I’ve stayed at this hotel for years and have always tried to avoid leaving negative reviews, but this time it was too much. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had to change rooms during my stays.
服务员没有遵守规章制度……早餐时，桌上经常没有糖、盐、胡椒粉……服务员总是板着一张脸。
那些服务人员总是板着脸。
包括管家在内的所有人都成就了这个地方。在这里工作的女士们和男士们都非常棒。
