酒店回复: Justin, I am sorry this happened to you but on the ******* page it does say we only take Dogs. This is a constant issue as the ******* person taking your reservation does not check this detail. Or the guest do not give them all of the information. So if you want to point out poor and unclear communication, you may take that up with *******. Our pet policy has been the same for 10 years as I have been here that long. We do not want to upset or inconvenience our guest off however, I have taken every step to insure this doesn't happen. My front desk was just doing their job. I am again contacting ******* with this issue as you are not the only one that has had this happen. ******* has not taken this problem seriously.

Amazing staff that took care of our needs as soon as we walked in the front door. Brice made sure we felt special 🙂
The breakfast was solid, with plenty of protein and nutrients. Definitely high quality food that isn’t heavily advertised

Helpful & very friendly greeting at registration. Upbeat & positive. Peaceful view out over fields in the back--loved the lightning bug views at night ;). Comfy bed, a pacious room.

Only stayed for a night. Very clean. Smelled great. Love the Dove soaps and shampoo in the bathroom. Bed was comfy. Pool was great.

We had orientation at Shippensburg and we were at the perfect location. Everything was great, room, breakfast, the staff was so friendly however the airconditioner in the room was extremely loud
