酒店回复: Justin, I am sorry this happened to you but on the ******* page it does say we only take Dogs. This is a constant issue as the ******* person taking your reservation does not check this detail. Or the guest do not give them all of the information. So if you want to point out poor and unclear communication, you may take that up with *******. Our pet policy has been the same for 10 years as I have been here that long. We do not want to upset or inconvenience our guest off however, I have taken every step to insure this doesn't happen. My front desk was just doing their job. I am again contacting ******* with this issue as you are not the only one that has had this happen. ******* has not taken this problem seriously.

Parking spots to close to each other and not enough spaces , we had to park on hill by hotel not convenient at all. Then A C would keep shutting down abruptly all night and waking us up each time we didn't sleep well. A stay shouldn't be this complicated and stressful.
