This place is definitely not for ladies or family. The place is located in a dirty area with lots of shops, rubbish everywhere and far from the center. The hotel looked like an old hospital with narrow corridors and low ceilings; tile everywhere, no carpet. The room was not clean, we found a hair inside a pillow case, hair in a bathroom including midges and ants. Bed sheets were washed, but so old, they need to buy new ones, really. We tried to stay there for one night and the whole time Ive been imagining how many people must have used the pillows and bed sheets, which I normally don't think about in hotels. Also, there was not electrical kettle in the room and mugs were super old. Doors are so thin, you can hear your neighbors. I personally couldn't take a shower there or sleep on their pillow. The next day we left. The only positive thing is that they didn't give us any issues cancelling our booking. I am glad, we were able to find much a better place in a very nice location - "Dali house" and for the same price. If you are with a family or oversensitive to dirt, used or old stuff, I would not recommend this place.

THE WORST RESERVATION AGENT EVER!!! Called to reserve a room for the weekend cause I have work being done at my house and when I spoke to the agent all he was concerned about who I was coming with and when I informed him he was concerned about whether it’s really my wife or not!!! I informed him that he should first ask me when my check in date was, for how many night will I be staying, and whether we our stay to include breakfast or not and continued with his rude behavior and asked to me how do I feel about teaching him his job!!! And I informed him that his behavior is rude and unprofessional and impolite!! Your establishment will be run to the ground if you keep someone like this unprofessional employee around!!! I’ll be taking my business and money elsewhere!!!!!!!!
