Room hadn’t been updated in a long time, carpet was stained and had cigarette burns on it in the bathroom. Furniture was worn, there was fluorescent lighting over the kitchen. While there’s no way of getting here without a car, I had to pay extra fees for parking from a third party service, which added service fees on top.

The room was average. I liked the actual set up! They need to replace the showers they are worn but the house keeping people were great if you needed anything so that was a plus. They offer a variety of things to do but nothing was open so what a waste. The continental breakfast was trash for the price of the stay. I have definitely had better at other hotels. But overall it was a great stay and I would book again if I had to.

The people at the Hyatt were friendly and courteous. What bothered me was having to pay for self parking at the hotel. I can understand if the hotel was in a city and parking spaces were at a premium, but no-this was in the suburbs and the hotel was surrounded by grassy areas. Trying to nickel and dime your guests left a bad impression. I double checked, and there was no mention of having to pay for parking. I have enjoyed staying at other Hyatt properties in the past, but this pettiness was very off putting. Enjoy your $18.12. I will only choose a Hyatt again if it’s the last resort.
