Uneven, terrible bed, couldn’t sleep at all, hidden parking fees, no complementary toiletries, filthy carpet floors, mold in the refrigerator. Worse than a cheap motel not what one would expect from Hyatt group. STAY AWAY from this place.

The staff was great on check in. I had a rough evening and the front desk made sure the rest of my day was better. Fantastic for sure. The rooms were clean and modern and tge hotel is exactly what you'd expect from a Hyatt

Room was spotless. Nice fresh and clean. I didn't have the breakfast was rushing out but it smelled delicious i can smell it from my room. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Price was great. Only thing i didn't like was you have to pay for parking about$20 which i didn't know until i got there. Other then that very spacious and clean.

我在帕西帕尼东凯悦嘉寓酒店经历了人生中最糟糕的酒店体验之一。我通过*******预订并全额支付了房费，但到达酒店后，前台工作人员却拒绝让我入住，除非我取消不可退款的*******预订，并直接通过他们重新预订。很明显，他们想骗我更多钱。

我强烈建议不要住在这里。这家酒店不诚实，管理不善，完全不值得信任。为了省心，还是去别的地方住吧——这家酒店玷污了凯悦品牌的名声。

床和枕头很不舒服。
我不喜欢在停车场随便停放车辆就被收取停车费，而且没有任何代客停车服务；我觉得这太丢人了，因为这只是为了无缘无故地从你身上多赚20美元。
