We stayed there for four days, but during our visit, they didn't come to clean the room or change the towels. We asked them a couple of times for at least a light cleaning.

The view from the patio/rooftop space was perfect. The room smelled amazing upon arrival and I was greeted as soon as I entered the lobby. I would return

Great hotel in nice area of town.
Very clean, friendly and helpful staff who always greeted us with smiles, nice pool, yummy breakfast (also connected pancake house restaurant), nice area of town, within walking distance of Wole Foods Market, Starbucks, Jers Pizza, not ar from United Center. Would definitely stay again. Please note: tiny parking garage which is first come, first served, parking cost not included with hotel but remember to pay for parking at check out desk before trying to leave garage!

This property advertises "limited guest parking" but should really mention that there are literally 8 spots in the parking garage and it is almost impossible to turn around once you get stuck in there. Do not plan to park on site, because you will be disappointed. Staff was inattentive and not helpful. Room was basic but clean. Location was close to many restaurants and shopping. Would not choose to stay here again.

距离市中心步行约10分钟，不用开车也很方便。
