Hotel room was very clean and the lobby and breakfast area were very nice. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were given a great recommendation on dinner that allowed us to get a free shuttle back and forth to a concert we were there for

Our room wasn’t cleaned during our entire stay, no new towels either. Hotel is clean and breakfast is good though

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean. The location was great for what we were doing n the area. Parking can be tricky as the Hotel only has like 30 spots. Otherwise a great stay

Overall, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the quick and easy check-in. The only issue we experienced was with service responsiveness. We requested extra blankets and had to call twice, ultimately waiting about an hour and a half before they were delivered. Improving turnaround time for basic requests would significantly enhance the guest experience.

距离市中心步行约10分钟,不用开车也很方便。
下次我去芝加哥,我一定会预订这里。
住在一家又漂亮又干净的酒店真是太好了,我喜欢它的一切。
