Carpet very dirty. Needs to be cleaned or removed. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay. Very quiet and peaceful.

The room was fairly clean but they didn’t have the ac on before check in and it was 100+ degrees inside the room! It took 3 hrs to cool down !

The stay was great. No problems or issues at the property. The location is isolated and quiet but very accessible to food and shopping. Would stay here again.

TV doesn’t work, has message to call office.
Well phone system doesn’t work.
Go to desk and guy come upstairs and unplugs Direct Tv box to reboot. TV work for maybe 1/2 hour. Then same message.
Ac worked well, breakfast was OK. but nothing special.

The stay wasn’t too terrible. The paint on the walls wasn’t in the great condition. Bathroom tiles around toilet looked like it was leaking. Shower head was very short. Bed wasn’t really comfortable.

这次住宿简直是噩梦一场！第一个房间的地毯又湿又脏，电视也坏了。前台的入住员工试图进来修理，但没修好，于是我们被换到了另一个房间。
结果那个房间的电视也还是坏的。她又一次尝试修理，但依然没有成功，这时候她对我的态度就开始不好了。
我告诉她我想要总经理的联系方式，她却回答说：“我不能给。”她说他们可以提供部分补偿，或者如果我立刻退房，他们可以全额退款。但当时已经是晚上10点45分了，我说我不会离开酒店，只会接受部分补偿。
我附上了酒店房间等的照片。
她还说退款必须通过我预订酒店的第三方平台来处理，但她会通知那边。所以，如果有人能帮我查一下退款状态并告知我一声，那就太好了。
我住过很多家速8酒店（Comfort Inn），但这家绝对远远低于速8酒店的标准！！！
酒店肯定需要好好维护一下了，整体看起来有点破旧。我们房间的Wi-Fi和电话都不能用。泳池还不错。我猜花175美元入住，我期望会更高一些，这酒店也就值75美元吧！！
