The room was out dated. Not what i am use to from Comfort inn. The parking lot made me nervous to go to my vehicle.

Room was is poor condition. It smelled like mold & the window had leaked. We got a towel that was dirty. The pool was out of order, which was a huge disappointment to our kids. The bathtub was so slick all of my children slipped & fell.

Everything stood out to me. The staff was very nice, the room I was in was very clean, the amenities were great (I used the exercise room). I will definitely book again if I’m in that area!

Carpet very dirty. Needs to be cleaned or removed. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay. Very quiet and peaceful.

The room was fairly clean but they didn’t have the ac on before check in and it was 100+ degrees inside the room! It took 3 hrs to cool down !

这次住宿简直是噩梦一场！第一个房间的地毯又湿又脏，电视也坏了。前台的入住员工试图进来修理，但没修好，于是我们被换到了另一个房间。
结果那个房间的电视也还是坏的。她又一次尝试修理，但依然没有成功，这时候她对我的态度就开始不好了。
我告诉她我想要总经理的联系方式，她却回答说：“我不能给。”她说他们可以提供部分补偿，或者如果我立刻退房，他们可以全额退款。但当时已经是晚上10点45分了，我说我不会离开酒店，只会接受部分补偿。
我附上了酒店房间等的照片。
她还说退款必须通过我预订酒店的第三方平台来处理，但她会通知那边。所以，如果有人能帮我查一下退款状态并告知我一声，那就太好了。
我住过很多家速8酒店（Comfort Inn），但这家绝对远远低于速8酒店的标准！！！
酒店肯定需要好好维护一下了，整体看起来有点破旧。我们房间的Wi-Fi和电话都不能用。泳池还不错。我猜花175美元入住，我期望会更高一些，这酒店也就值75美元吧！！
一切都很棒，他们也非常友好。
