Stayed here the night before a cruise from Southampton. The quietest premier inn we’ve ever stayed in, didn’t hear a peep from other guests. Only traffic on the road outside but this is expected as a major road. 3rd floor Premier + room was clean, fresh and looked newly refurbished with a huge TV and comfortable bed. Ample parking which was free, didn’t eat onsite instead took the short drive to the Swan shopping centre. Would stay again and recommend to others if in the area.

I booked a family room, that was ok, no issues there apart from air con didn't work properly due to the filters being blocked and the carpet in the room was a bit grubby / stained in places. We had an evening meal in the gateway restaurant, attached to the premier inn, that was ok other than service quite slow. We went down for cooked breakfast the following morning and this was absolutely diabolical We had to ask for clean cups and plates because nothing looked like it had been washed properly. The cups were mega stained and the plates for your toast were filthy dirty and a lot of them still had someone else's food still stuck on them. We ordered our cooked breakfasts and after 40 minutes I had to ask had we been forgotten about? When it was finally brought out it was cold and missing items that had been ordered. The toilets in the restaurant were absolutely disgusting and the smell coming from them was foul. We couldn't eat the breakfast due to the stench from the toilets. Next to our table, we seen silver fish on the skirting board. Needless to say, we left our food, and will never be returning! If you have any sense, I wouldn't bother booking this particular place.

Another pre cruise stay staff are always very helpful room recently refurbished and I won the raffle for their chosen charity Great Ormond street hospital. Special mention to the young man in the dining room who rushed around getting everyone sorted even if it’s really busy he always smiles and has time to interact with the customers. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future.

我们在这里住了一晚，准备乘船出发。抵达后有很多停车位。接待处的入口看起来有点荒废，人们站在外面抽烟，这很不礼貌。接待员乐于助人，态度友好。房间干净整洁，但只能看到停车场。隔壁的晚餐还可以，有几组承包商在吃喝和骂脏话。早餐还可以，我们只吃了欧陆式早餐。我们上周到家时收到了两个信封，一个里面装着停车罚单，另一个里面装着取消信！是的，我们确实在抵达接待处时登记了我们的车，要小心，因为我认为他们可能只是根据人们可能只收到罚款和支付罚款来工作的！
