The room was just a standard premier inn room as you’d expect but what really disappointed me was the restaurant. We had to wait over an hour for food, half the restaurant smelt like a toilet and It advertises all you can eat but you had to order breakfast which is unusual for a premier inn. Overall a bit underwhelming.

Location is very handy for the motorway and also our family. Unfortunately on arrival the room,which was a premier plus room, smelt very musty and this did not go away. Staff were advised and whilst they tried to assist by spraying the room and advising us to use the air con, this did not resolve the problem. The hotel was full so there was no option to move rooms. When we got home the next day some of clothes had the smell on them and had to be washed. This is a shame because the room was good, had a very comfortable be and luxurious shower

Everything was excellent, the friendly, efficient staff both in the hotel and the adjoining pub. Rooms were extremely clean and have everything you need for a short stay. Beds were super comfy and the room was lovely and warm. Great shower too. Ice touch too providing additional tea, coffee etc on reception. We ate in the pub for lunch and breakfast, couldn’t fault it. Would always stay at a Premier Inn and would stay here again and would recommend.

我们在这里住了一晚，准备乘船出发。抵达后有很多停车位。接待处的入口看起来有点荒废，人们站在外面抽烟，这很不礼貌。接待员乐于助人，态度友好。房间干净整洁，但只能看到停车场。隔壁的晚餐还可以，有几组承包商在吃喝和骂脏话。早餐还可以，我们只吃了欧陆式早餐。我们上周到家时收到了两个信封，一个里面装着停车罚单，另一个里面装着取消信！是的，我们确实在抵达接待处时登记了我们的车，要小心，因为我认为他们可能只是根据人们可能只收到罚款和支付罚款来工作的！
接待人员非常乐于助人，尤其是 Darren，他竭尽全力解决了我们遇到的 wifi 问题并回答了我们的任何问题。感谢 Darren 和他的所有同事，他们非常乐于助人。我们住得很舒服。
