The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, the lady that checked us in was excellent and her communication also very good.

The host was very helpful. The property needs new furniture in the Livingroom, the sofas were stained the rug, the futon bed my son was to sleep on had awful stains and the place had an awful smell. The pool and jacuzzi was dirty.

Luxury was not luxury
I was somewhat disappointed. For a place that advertised luxury it wasn’t at all luxury. There was a distinct smell in the room and simple items that denote luxury weren’t there apparent. Couch was soiled and bath towels were thin and overages from years of use.

unwelcoming check in staff
the apartment was clean and beautiful... but the check in process killed the whole mood for me and I could not appreciate the beauty of the place thereafter.
the check in lady made me feel like she was doing me a favour with zero hospitality

Excellent in every way. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. Wonderful stay, very impressed and would definitely use again as my first choice if in Cape Town. Excellent location with Mall 5 minute walk away and town, waterfront, Plumstead all only £5 taxi ride away (working on 22 ZAR to £) Thank you once more would highly recommend.
