Check in was easy and you can do this online. Ask for a quite room if you are fussy about noise. Gateway Mall and surrounding restaurants are literally outside the door of the Hotel. I recommend Beluga Restaurant. The room is clean. In need of refurb as the decor is outdated. Good bed. Good clean pillows. Clean shower. Adequate amenities. Ample parking. Pure convenience if you want to be in Umhlanga close to the beach, the mall and a general good time. Only negative is you have to pay for breakfast as it is excluded in room rate, which is generally odd for a South African Hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and we parked our car, walked to the restaurants and mall. We only used our car to get to the beach. We had a room facing the pool.

We stayed one night here whilst touring S.Africa and it was ideally situated for us,across the road is a huge shopping mall,with eating establishments galore! Our room with balcony overlooked the Main Street across to the mall.We had two bedrooms,one with twin beds the other with a double,it really was spacious.Free wifi and safe are included.The breakfast was excellent as were the staff.Also the lifts are great too,being fast with glass doors.

Located bang opposite the Gateway shopping mall which they say is the biggest mall in the Southern hemisphere, the rooms are clean, well maintained & most comfortable. I found the front desk reception staff (namely Elvis) very well mannered & hospitable. Overall, a good short stay.

很棒的酒店，就在一个大型购物中心对面，附近有很多餐馆。打车去海滩大概5分钟，也可以步行到海滨大道。从机场过来大概20分钟。房间干净宽敞，我住了一晚，非常满意。
酒店地理位置超棒！员工友好又乐于助人。房间非常干净，但泳池嘛……就不太确定了。水看起来是干净的，就是泳池的地面有点让人望而却步。房间里没有冰箱，这点我有点失望。也许大一点的房间会有吧？停电（loadshedding）期间，所有设备依然正常供电。无线网络也很好！总的来说，这是一家很不错的酒店，我很乐意再次入住。
干净、舒适又方便——步行即可到达Gateway购物区，餐饮场所触手可及。从沙特阿拉伯到谢普斯顿港的旅途中，在这里住了一晚。酒店员工非常友好。会再次选择入住。
这次住宿很愉快，员工非常友好，早餐棒极了，我一定会再来的。环境清新整洁。
他们说因为是“三星级”酒店，所以不提供浴袍和拖鞋。除此之外，都还行。
