Nick was welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. Parking was free and convenient. Really liked that the Santander Arena was across the street which was our initial reason for choosing this hotel.

Did not eat breakfast
However the lunch and dinner options were good.
Staff was great, very friendly and courteous.
Room was great, bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had wonderful bath products, loved the walk-in shower

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Both times it has exceeded our expectations. Every employee we came in contact with was so nice and so helpful. The room is spotless and so comfortable. We used the pool this time with our granddaughter and loved it. We have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Will definitely be back!

The hotel was nice enough but it’s located next to some very active railroad tracks. The train’s blew their whistles several times each time they passed by, about 4 times between 11pm and 8am. We complained to the front desk. They acknowledged the trains and told us there was 1 pair of earplugs in the room. Totally ineffective. Will never stay at this Doubletree when visiting are children again and will avoid other Doubletree (Hilton) locations in the future.
