酒店回复: I'm so sorry Andisheh that you stay was not pleasant. I do not see any note on you complaining about noisy neighbor beside you or any other room. If you would have called us at the front desk about noisy neighbor we could have done something about that. It doesn't not help you when you don't mention anything to us right away. Towel situation what I had mentioned to you that you had 4 sets of towels in the room and it was only 2 of you in the room. The Pillow situation you had 4 pillows in your room. We do not have spare pillows for us to give it to any of our guest. Hope you have a great day.

The staffer could not find my reservation. He wanted to charge 10 bucks for 10min early check in. When he finally found my reservation he stated he only have smoking room and I will need to pay extra for non smoking double bed. I showed my reservation for king non smoking. I ended up paying 25 extra for double bed non smoking. AC made loud noise. Maintenance to replace unit. Towels were used and thread was unraveling. I went to buy towels. Sheets had holes. Upon check there wasn’t anyone. Doors was locked. No receipt. Oh yeah tub was clogged and bathroom door handle was falling off. Only reason I stayed was because I was too beat from the sun and medical conditions.

I have investigated regarding your reservation issues, You have reserved SMOKING ROOM. We do have proof that you reserved a smoking room and it was sent to us by DESTINATIONS OF THE WORLD DMCC booking engine that you had used to reserve your room. I'm sure they sent you the same information through your email. If we had a room with was single non smoking we would have given it to you.
