First let’s start with the positives-Front desk staff were very nice and professional and the pool was nice. Cons-The hotel in general was lacking cleanliness, and a lot of things needed repair. The room itself was again just mediocre, we had a superior room. The sofa in the room was dirty as well as other furniture in the room. The rollaway bed and sleeper sofa were both extremely uncomfortable. There was a nice balcony, however, if there is a party at the restaurant or a wedding good luck getting any sleep.
There is a restaurant on site and the food was just ok and it was hit or miss. There was no consistency in the food quality.
There is a buffet breakfast included in the morning that has a nice variety, however, the food and beverage staff watch your every move as you go to the buffet to the point where it’s uncomfortable.
To be completely honest I would never stay here again.

I'm sorry to say that i had a negative experience at the Golden Lilli Hotel yesterday at the valentine's night since I'm an repeated guest at your hotel. If an the security employee at the hotel took photos and videos of guests without their consent during a Valentine's Day event, that is certainly a serious breach of privacy and highly inappropriate behavior for five stars hotel. It is essential for golden Lilli hotel and their employees to maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for his guest's privacy. Taking photos and videos without explicit permission is a violation of basic ethical standards and can cause significant discomfort and distress to the guests involved. I would strongly recommend mrs. Sara general manager for the golden Lilli hotel, brought this issue to the attention head Manager for every department at the hotel. while I talked with a Manager at your hotel who took the accident in an easy way and didn't take an action. It's important to provide them with specific details about the incident, Hotel guests have the right to enjoy their stay without feeling violated or having their privacy compromised. I hope that the hotel takes immediate action to address this issue and ensures that such incidents do not occur in the future.

Conveniently located close enough to Beirut but still part of the mountain area. Has its own private road leading to the property which makes it quiet yet retains the quality of a resort. Staff are extremely friendly. Would definitely visit again.
