We’re very sorry that you had this experience, and as discussed in person, this was swiftly dealt with – it is regrettable that you didn’t wish to continue your stay with us, but we respect your decision and obliged with a refund as requested. We take these matters very seriously, and as you’ve identified, we have a pest control contract in place for this site which is regularly reviewed and monitored, as per most premises in the city of London. We are happy to know the location and apartment were positive, we do take proud of being in the heart of Covent Garden. We do apologise that we failed in providing you keys faster and this will be shared with the team to work in improvements so it doesn`t happen again. We are afraid we have no AC in the property, but a cooling system that we have now promptly actioned to see what happened and work on the repairs, together with the washer/dryer. 地理位置很好,离大英博物馆只有几分钟路程,到伦敦大本钟等景点也就20多分钟路程。但服务和设施确实很一般,入住时发现毛巾因为潮湿有臭味,洗手液,沐浴液等用了两天就没有了。给酒店了邮件,也没有人理会。第二天换了大门密码,下午3点多钟才发邮件,我们在门口等了很久才进去。按照每日3000多人民币的房费,不推荐。
地理位置优越的完美公寓。行李寄存处也近在咫尺。公寓很棒,明亮干净,还有漂亮的屋顶。
地理位置超棒,我爱这里的一切。这里很温馨,我们每个人都有家的感觉,尤其是我5岁的儿子。强烈推荐给家庭入住。一切都在步行距离内。
我们只待了一个小时,我的妻子闻到了一些味道,经调查发现厨房的陷阱里有一只死老鼠。我们还注意到电梯外有一个老鼠夹,表明整栋大楼都有害虫问题。你可以闻到我们立即离开并入住当地一家酒店。该酒店的设计和装修令人愉快,但在浴室等一些接触点看起来有点陈旧。

作为歌剧院之旅的一部分住在这里。步行2分钟即可到达。非常好的地方,宽敞,整洁,床单很棒等等!我们喜欢它。所以,比酒店更容易、更好。也很时尚!可以说我们在这里睡得比在自己家里更好。它为这次愉快的伦敦之旅增添了很多色彩。

公寓很漂亮,位置也很好。4 位客人只给一把钥匙,打了两次电话才拿到备用钥匙。又打了第二次电话,等了 3 天才拿到钥匙和阳台钥匙……晚上 10 点才送来。有 3 间卧室/3 间浴室的单元房……一间浴室无法使用。空调很差,甚至没有。洗衣机/烘干机毫无用处。
对于我们来说,公寓位置完美。步行即可轻松抵达许多餐厅、商店和娱乐场所。距离科文特花园地铁站不远,有很多出租车和巴士服务。公寓现代且设施齐全,可满足我们的需求。
