I loved our stay here. The staff was really kind and friendly, we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The sauna and pool were fantastic. I only wish that the shower was warmer. The shower was pretty cold, which was uncomfortable. But everything else was just lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute breakfast basket with pastries fruit and yogurt. Nice touch they deliver it to your door at the time you set up. We tried the cranberry cider at the bar and it was yummy.

早餐几乎不能称之为早餐：每人一个小羊角面包和一小杯酸奶。要享用早餐，您必须填写一份表格，注明您房间的客人人数和您希望的早餐时间。如果您没有及时到店提交表格，您将什么也得不到。
工作人员一点也不乐于助人。他们在办理入住时没有解释任何事，也不主动，似乎对一些基本信息一无所知。我不得不证明我是VIP会员，可以享受免费饮料，但他们一开始拒绝了。他们还拒绝给我们换房间，因为我们是通过*******预订的，而是让我们通过平台自行解决。
至于自行车——广告里说是便利设施——大多数都生锈了或者组装不当。我们入住期间只有一辆自行车可以用。
浴室结构破损，电缆断了，空调也坏了。客户服务极其糟糕
