The hotel overall was amazing but the customer service is what stood out to me the most!!! There was a Sri Lankan girl at the front desk I believe her name may have been Anita. I can confidently say I’ve never had better customer service than hers before. She was very helpful and accommodating along with being super kind. Highly highly recommend!!

Staff was very pleasant and welcoming and the place was really clean. The room was cozy, clean and quiet. The pillows were unfortunately hard and lumpy and the air conditioning unit sounded like a lawn mower when it was running. Otherwise the stay was lovely.

Outside is outdated, but inside is nice. Upgraded my room as they were fully booked. Really nice and clean suite. Mattress was like sleeping on wood, but other than that it was great!
