There were two reservations made by third party booking for two different days with two different room types. You had two different reservations. Hopefully you can resolve this with the booking agencies you used.

我通常不会因为住宿体验而给出差评,但为了公平起见,我觉得有必要提一下:一开始我不得不请求酒店打扫房间好几次,大概催了三天,期间都睡在同一床单上。不过,在我七天的住宿期间,剩下的几天房间都打扫得很干净,至少之后我都有了干净的毛巾。对我来说,酒店位置非常好,除了打扫问题,其他方面都挺满意。
酒店不错,前台和餐饮服务人员都很好。客房服务糟糕透了!!!!我的特大号床上铺的是大号床单和床垫套。整晚床单和床垫套都掉下来了。我向前台反映后,他们保证会处理。结果有人忘了告诉客房服务人员这些床单有多重要。第二天客房服务人员来了,把床单扔在桌子上,没有帮我换上,也没有整理床铺,然后把门把手锁在里面,我的房间一整天都开着,直到我那天晚上7点30分到8点左右回来。我觉得不安全,没有受到尊重,而且我付的钱被忽视了。那天晚上我睡不着觉,害怕很多事情。我检查了房间里有没有摄像头,这次去看望患有癌症四期的父亲,感觉非常不舒服。这可能是我最后一次见到他了,因为治疗已经不起作用了,我甚至无法在房间里安心。这让我的旅行变得更加困难,我非常难过。

价格太高了
价格太高了。我们的空调发出警报声,但酒店无法维修,也无法帮我们换房间。早餐质量不高,健身中心也勉强达不到标准。房间很干净,床上用品也很舒服,所以如果价格不是问题的话(我付了260美元),应该还不错。
我被多收了钱,却没人帮我解决。他们把我安排错了日期!唉,真是乱套了。沟通不畅是我再也不会住这里的原因……如果你住这里,一定要小心。

我的住宿费被重复扣款了。500美元可不是小数目。很明显我用的是*******,但我的信用卡还是被扣了住宿费。
