Friendly and helpful staff, Good parking. The person in room 304 above us walked very loud, all times of the day and night, this was very disruptive and disturbing for our 11 night stay.

Good 3 night stay
Easy to get to from off interstate! Lots of restaurants close by. Breakfast was typical hotel fare but was ok. Had an issue with tv not working in our room but management was quick to take care of us and move to a different room. Very nice and accommodating staff!!

Front desk staff was less than friendly. Towels in the bathroom were dirty, no wash cloths, when we asked for some we were told the hand towels were their washcloths. No shampoo, but three bottles of conditioner. The sheets were not put on one of the beds right, so had to remake the bed. The indoor pool is not heated, so don't bother. Overall, I'll try the Holiday Inn Express next time.

We had to change rooms because the light wouldn’t work in the bathroom. The property condition was very poor. Lots of broken pieces.

Check in was smooth, the room and bed were excellent. The only knock I would give this facility was that the breakfast bar was mediocre at best. Stale biscuits waterer thin gravy.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing not so good was that the phone didnt work, so every time we needed something we had to go downstairs, because they said there was nothing they could do about.

When I arrived at the property for check in around 5pm , I was told breakfast was from 6am-10. The first thing we noticed was the pool was closed. The floor in the room was sticky. There were stains on the bedding and curtains. No blow dryer in the bathroom. No central ac. It was a wall unit by the window, the curtains were long so we kept having to move them. Very musky smell in the room. We think because the ac was not on when we entered the room. The next day , when we went for breakfast at 930 am. We were told it ended at 9am. And then the lady at the desk, named , Mercedes, pointed at the wall and said the hours are posted on the wall. I did acknowledge that, but, informed her we were told 10. She said again, “it’s posted on the wall.” We shared with her our concerns about the room. Her response was, “ok.” Terrible!!!!! I feel this hotel misrepresents its services. Very disappointed. The pool should not have been closed in August. Check out time posted on booking websites is 11. At the hotel it was 12. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. So it didn’t make much difference to us.

Walked into our room and it was infested with fleas. My husband and I got around 20 bites on our feet and ankles. Our feet and legs were covered in flea in the matter of seconds. We grabbed our stuff and ran out of the room. Lady at front desk just said sorry and gave us a different room. We had to go outside and get all the fleas out of our shoes and throw our socks away. They just lost a customer.
