The team that checked me in was FANTASTIC. Willette and J'nee worked as a team and saw that all my needs were met.The were so kind, friendly & professional, I hope to see them again. Staff is usually this good when the same qualities come from the top, manager/supervisor.

After having traveled a bit over the past few months, this is the first booking that was AS PICTURED on the app. The rooms, the outdoor space, the pool area, everything looked the same as the pictures.
Check-in staff was very friendly and personable. Bar / restaurant staff the first night and was very friendly and helpful with our food choices. The breakfast staff (Rich or Rick) was great! These three people stood out as exemplary customer service representatives for the brand. All other staff was not rude or providing poor service, they just weren't as friendly and personable. They were doing their job as they were supposed to. I happen to prefer people who are more chatty.
The only thing to complain about was the indoor pool was cold. It was clean and well stocked but cold.
Overall 9/10 would recommend!

Nice and quiet area. Relatively clean rooms. Staff was overall great but had one refuse to hand out supplies for laundry when we asked even though they have a sign to see them for supplies.

Unable to get complimentary coffee or water when using a Third Party booking (*******) vs. using personal hotel membership. No clean towels or trash removal daily. Using a Third Party seemed to put us at a disadvantage this time, which led to less than a pleasurable overall experience.

Great hotel for my business i do with the Washington Commanders. This location is perfect.

小心！这些人居然完全不收现金！我通过*******预订，可以选择现金支付，但需要信用卡预授权。办理入住时，他们告诉我退房时可以现金支付，然后他们会取消信用卡预授权。结果退房时，他们却说不能现金支付！我问接待员露西，为什么之前给我办理入住的两位接待员都说可以现金支付——她说那两位接待员是新来的！我问她们叫什么名字，她说她不知道谁值班。我问她们是不是没有排班表，如果她不知道她们是谁，又怎么知道她们是新来的？她给了我一张卡片，上面是经理的名字。这地方肯定有问题。预付早餐券也有问题！不过说句公道话——酒店本身很干净漂亮，床也很舒服。
酒店本身环境不错，停车也很方便。但是工作人员既不友好也不乐于助人。我们住了五晚，房间一次都没打扫过，而且他们也从未告知我们需要主动要求打扫。我们甚至要毛巾，工作人员还让我们下三楼去前台拿。我们在超市买了2瓶汽水和2包薯片，我用信用卡直接支付了15美元。退房后，我离开酒店几个小时，却收到了一张超过32美元的餐饮账单，而我们根本没有在那里用餐。我打电话给前台，对方说如果我们在超市买了东西，这笔费用可以记入房费。但我已经支付了15美元。她说“我会问问经理”，然后就挂断了电话。此外，酒店当时相对空旷，他们却把一些学生的房间安排在我们隔壁，这些学生像宿舍一样敞开着房门，在走廊里大声喧哗，非常粗鲁。在我们入住期间，没有一个人问过我们入住体验如何，而我们只是因为参加大学活动而频繁出入酒店。我从未在一家酒店遇到过如此糟糕的服务，而我原本以为这家酒店会非常符合我们的需求。下次我们再来的时候，我绝对不会再住这家酒店了……而且我希望酒店能退还我从未产生过的费用。
入住期间大部分时间都没有热水。房间垃圾无人清理，只能放在走廊里等待清运。没有毛巾更换服务，也没有客房清洁服务。晚上有年轻人在酒店附近闲逛。
