Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the property. Unfortunately our travel plans for late March got cancelled and unluckily for us this was a few days after the cancellation policy. After talking with the property they agreed to waive the cancellation fee, that they always try to look after their customers. This was a massive relief to an extremely stressful situation for all of us. Just wanted to leave a nice review for helping us out and praying we'll get to make the trip over in the future! Everything was perfect, from the ocean view and private beach to the lounges under the palms, to the crystal clear pool. Each of the 5 houses set around the pool has three large bedrooms and futons, three baths, large open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen. It was really well equipped and had lots of available storage as well as plenty of outdoor furniture and pool toys. Comfortable beds and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. Plenty of restaurants within easy driving distance. Very comfortable for a large family holiday or for several adults. Highly recommend.

We rented all 5 houses and this setup worked great for our group! The houses are so well equipped and the large table was great for food setup and games! They even had throws on the couch to cover up with because of the awesome air conditioning. We enjoyed the pool-it was clean and was serviced while we were there. Had coolers and a grill for each house. And beach chairs that we took with us to Starfish Point. This location is about 45 minutes from airport and seven mile beach. We really enjoyed the north side of the island. Less traffic and loved the sound of the waves. Very close to Kaibo and Starfish Point. Sean was very responsive when booking and the property management group came by to check on us. Our coffee maker wasn’t working and was replaced about 20minutes after I reported it. We would definitely rent these beautiful houses again. Thanks for a great time.

What a great place. Ideal for large groups. We had 23 and everyone felt the same way. We rented all five houses. Away from all the crowds. Close to Rum Point and Starfish Cove. Kaibo restaurant about two miles down the road. Great pool. Plenty of room for everyone. Go down to the beach or take the kayak out to sea. Someone complained about nothing around it. Perhaps they should have stayed at Seven Mile Beach. It’s 45 minutes away. It was great for my family and friends.

Restaurants are not good, drinks real small around property, air not working in room in May in Mexico ! Stains on curtains and room smells of straight mildew, no help yet on getting a new room, unfortunately on wife’s birthday, front desk not helpful
