I paid for this room in advance, and the lady at the front desk claimed she couldn’t see a payment. I’ve never had that happen through ******* before.
I double checked my reservation to make sure it was indeed prepaid. It was, she was presented with a receipt showing that it has been paid. Regardless she required me to pay again and even charged more than I was charged for the room. I am still waiting for a refund.

我们一家五口入住,但遗憾的是洗发水、护发素和沐浴露的数量都不够。不过,酒店有泳池和健身房,还是很不错的。
房间干净,地理位置也不错,在5号路边上,但是不吵
工作人员很友好,主区大厅看起来很干净。不过,我得说一下,我家的主灯开关上有一团奇怪的红色污渍(可能是唇彩),浴缸底部有一些碎屑从表面脱落,浴室门的背面也裂开了。不知道是水渍还是老化造成的。我在浴室水槽下发现了一个吹风机的接头,床尾的布上也有一个奇怪的污渍。感觉就是洗不干净。
