酒店回复: Dear Mickey,As the description says, we do not offer refreshments in the room. The room and apartments have mini-fridges, but no refreshments. You can always buy water at the pool bar, reception, and restaurant; we consider that enough places to get refreshments. Also, there is a store, about 500 meters away. You came by car, and it is a 1-minute drive. Your room had blinds on both windows, and there is no need for blackout curtains if the room has fully functioning blinds. I told you that in the morning, and you agreed that you did not know about the blinds and that you should have seen it or you should have asked us. The mechanism for blinds is very prominent and visible, located by the window. It is very strange to me that you are now mentioning this in the review of the hotel. If somebody has not seen the blinds before, they can always ask us, and for people that saw blinds before, all mechanisms are identical, and you will be able to operate them in the same manner.
