When arrived at check in I was told that my cost was almost doubled then the rates I booked at, after the first girl couldn’t figure it out another one came to help and said that’s the rate and they couldn’t change it. I told them I need to speak with a manager, the manager did not come in but proceeded to speak with me over the employees phone after going back and forth over rates she proceeded to tell I am not including tax, after walking the manager through my cost breakdown which included tax she proceeded to then check into it and never once apologized. After that we went to the room it was incorrect we needed a double queen and they moved us to a king suite I went back to be told they are overbooked spoke with the manager again over the phone who then tried to explain to me how a roll out mattress works which I sell mattress's for a living again refused to apologize and let her staff handle it. All we received was drink vouchers I don’t drink and never have it was up to the bartender and kitchen staff to make it right and give us one breakfast the rooms were clean but there were ants in the bathroom our entire stay and parking was impossible had to park in the side of the parking lot in order to be in the area. Very disappointed as I have stayed at hiltons many times and is always my first choice if one is in the area

Cockroaches in one of our beds. Then we asked for a cot and the cot was filled with spiders. Lots of lights broken, beds uncomfortable and clearly not clean. Will not stay here again.

We asked for an extra bed for a child and when it was brought to our room it had many bugs and spiders in the sheets that were on the unit. Our other family had a double bed room and one of the beds had a cockroach in the bed. Better pest control is needed.

I really wanted to love this :(
Decided to take a me day and rent a room with a giant tub in it for me. I thought the giant tub would be worth the high cost for the tub however I was sadly disappointed. I chose to rent a room out of all the hotels in the area with Hilton because they're usually taken care of in high end, not this time. The expensive room that had the giant tub in it, which was a suite, had silverfish in the bathtub and in the shower and the drain on the bathtub would not even work. The 4th floor where the suites were was extremely stuffy like there was no ventilation whatsoever. There is also no Continental breakfast that was not fun and the food that I did order was expensive and not very good. The customer service, however, was fantastic. I loved the front desk ladies. They were extremely nice and helpful!

Everything felt old and dirty that I literally checked for bed bugs when I got into the room (there were no bed bugs). The lobby was nice and the service was great but I don’t think I would stay here again

The rooms were so disgusting. They had a terrible odor. I was changed. Rooms and it was no better. The heater didn’t work.
