I don’t like how the Trip.com app automatically categorized and titled my review as “Amazing” based off the ratings I selected for cleanliness, amenities, service, etc. My personal opinion for this particular stay is “below average” because of the no heat issue. This app should offer a way to edit your own review and not just the ability to leave additional comments.
The young man, Tai, behind the reception desk was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!
The room was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The coffee in the reception lobby was a perfect way to start our early morning before heading to St. Mary's Campus.
We would highly recommend Aspen Select. And if the need arises, we will stay again! :)

Room was clean but very basic. Our room had a wall of windows looking out into the hall. Breakfast left much to be desired.

The Aspen Select appears to be the more average version of the fancier Aspen Suites, which is right next door. Both are directly across the street from St. Mary’s Hospital, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were pleasant, and there is a nice variety for breakfast. What I did not like is that it was very warm on my floor (3rd) and in my room, in mid November. My room stayed at 77° the whole time I was there, which made sleeping difficult, and I think the hallway had to be 85. There was a thermostat in my room, but it was turned to 69°. I inquired at the desk about it and was told they could give me a fan, but they had no way of controlling it because it was a boiler heating system. Other than that, my room was comfortable and clean.

The climate control was set to heat only for the winter months, but it was so warm in the room (75 with the system off) that we were quite uncomfortable. In fact, my wife didn't sleep at all and I was waking up constantly. In addition, the curtains didn’t keep the exterior hall light out so it was and it was quite bright

The staff at check-in was very friendly. Only issue was we could not adjust the temp in room and it was VERY warm

房间不小，就是窗户面对走廊，白天都要拉里层的薄窗帘。但是距离梅奥的两个园区（St. Mary hospital和Methodist hospital都不远，而且还有shuttle去两个园区，很方便。
我在这里住过几十次了。这次入住我们的房间没有暖气。退房的时候我告诉前台，他应该让维修人员检查一下我们房间的暖气。我拍了恒温器的照片，给他看房间的空气温度是寒冷的62华氏度（约16.7摄氏度）。他回应说，因为外面天气暖和，他们昨天关了锅炉。我告诉他这很荒谬，并质疑为什么晚上没有再次打开。当我告诉他我们半夜醒来觉得很冷时，他只是说我们应该给前台打电话，他们会给我们送一个电暖器。我告诉他这太荒谬了，62-63华氏度是不能接受的。他没有提供任何其他解决方案、道歉或任何形式的补偿。这非常令人失望，因为我之前的大部分入住都很好。

酒店位置很好，离圣玛丽医院很近，房间干净宽敞。不过早餐分量太少了，不够吃。
房间门口有冷风吹进来。暖气没开的时候房间里很冷。因为我妹妹提前出院，所以我只住了一晚。我预订了两晚，但没住的那一晚却无法退款。建议住更好的酒店。
